摘要
本文探讨蛋氨酸对2~3月龄新西兰内兔的生长发育、免疫性能及血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、血清尿素氟的影响。选用2月龄新西兰内兔60只,随机分成5个处理组,在基础日粮中添加不同水平的蛋氨酸(0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%),试验期23d。日粮添加蛋氨酸对生长内兔的平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比无显著影响(P〉0.05),但均以添加0.4%的蛋氨酸表现出最佳生产性能。蛋氨酸添加水平对胸腺重的影响差异显著(P〈0.05),但对脾脏重和免疫指数没有显著性影响,随着蛋氨酸添加水平的增高,血清中IgG出现先升高后降低的趋势,但对IgA、IgM无显著影响。日粮添加蛋氨酸显著影响血清中总蛋白水平(P〈0.05),当蛋氨酸添加量为0.6%时,TP含量达到最大;添加蛋氨酸对白蛋白、血清尿素氮无显著影响(P〉0.05)。2月龄至3月龄生长内兔日粮添加蛋氨酸的量以0.4%为最佳。
A total of 60,two month old New Zealand rabbits were randomly assigned to five treatments to investigate the effect of Methionine on growth performance,immunity performance and TP, Alb and BUN levels in serum. Methionine supplement levels were 0,0.2 % ,0.4 %, 0.6 % and 0.8 %. Dietary Methionine levels had no significant effect on average daily gain( ADG), average daily intake (ADI) and on feed/gain(F/G) (P 〉 0.05 ), but when supplement levels of Methionine was 0.4 %, the production performance was the best. Methionine levels had significant influence on the weight of thymus ( P 〈0.05 ), but had no significant influence on spleen weight and immunity index, with the increase of Methionine levels, IgG levels in serum increased and then decreased, but had no influence on IgA, IgM. Supplement levels of Methionlne had significant influence on TP levels in serum ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,when the dietary Methionine level was 0. 6 %, TP levels in serum was the highest, but Methionine levels had no significant effect on Alb and BUN ( P 〉 0.05 ). The appropriate supplement levels of Methlonine to 2-3 month rabbit was 0.4 %.
