通过对广东海洋大学图书馆电子资源建设、利用与开发情况的分析,提出了提高图书馆电子资源利用率的各项措施。

Through analyzing the construction, utilization and development of electronic resources in the library of Guangdong Ocean University, this paper advances some measures for increasing the utilization rate of electronic resources of the library.
