摘要
从转变传统思维及流通方式、优化环境氛围、完善服务制度、树立"读者第一和服务至上"的思想、提高流通工作人员的素质等方面,探讨了做好高校图书流通工作的必要条件。
This paper probes into the necessary conditions of doing well the current book circulation work in university from aspects of transforming traditional thought and circulation mode, optimizing the environmental atmosphere, perfecting the service system, establishing the thought of ＂readers first＂ and ＂service supreme＂, and improving the qualities of circulation librarians, etc.
