摘要
分析了缓倾斜中厚矿体开采过程中,在地压控制和采场矿石运搬方面存在的困难,从充分发挥无轨设备的工作效率和回采作业的安全角度出发,提出了"大盘区、小分段"的设计理念;工业试验证明,以上述理论为基础提出的小分段空场开采嗣后尾砂与废石混合充填采矿工艺,充分发挥了无轨采掘设备的效率,很好地控制了采场顶板的稳定,改善了作业人员的工作条件,与传统的采矿工艺相比生产能力提高3倍以上。
Based on analysis of the difficulties of ground pressure control and ore transportation during the exploitation of gently inclined medium thick orebody, and from the viewpoint of exerting the efficiency of trackless devices and the operation safety of stoping, the design concept of "big panel, small sublevel" has been put forward. Industrial tests proved that the technology of small sublevel open stope mining and filling with rock refuses and tailings based on the above theory exerted fully the efficiency of trackless devices, controlled primely the stability of stope roof, improved the operators' working condition, and increased the production capacity by three times more compared with the traditional teehnology.
