痤疮丙酸杆菌对小胶质细胞产生TNF-α、IL-1β的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨痤疮丙酸杆菌(P.acnes)对小胶质细胞产生TNF-α、IL-1β的影响,明确外伤后细菌性致死性肉芽肿(FBGT)致病菌P.acnes临床株、标准株刺激机体产生细胞因子的差别。方法:采用ELISA法、RT-PCR的方法观察标准株、临床株对小胶质细胞产生TNF-α和IL-1β的影响。结果:(1)P.acnes临床株和标准株均可促进小胶质细胞产生TNF-α和IL-1β,与空白对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),标准株较临床株有较强的刺激小胶质细胞产生TNF-α的能力;(2)临床株和标准株均能促小胶质细胞进产生IL-1β,二者差别无统计学意义,但产生IL-1β的能力大于TNF-α。结论:P.acnes均可促进小胶质细胞产生TNF-α、IL-1β,但其能力不同,说明P.acnes刺激机体早期免疫应答水平不同。
