摘要
介绍了新井子水库的基本情况及水库大坝安全监测分析评价预报系统的开发目标、特点、内容,论述了系统的硬件、软件和网络总体结构、数据流程和运行方式。
Based on an introduction of the general information of the New Jingzi reservoir in Aksu city of Sinkiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, the author presented development targets, characteristics, contents, hardware, software, general network structure, data flow and operating mode of the reservoir dam safety monitoring, analysis, assessment and forecasting system.
