摘要
农村宅基地使用权在我国农村社会保障没有建立、耕地如此紧缺的情形下,不宜允许自由流转,但是一概禁止城乡居民之间的流转也不符合客观需要,因此有条件地允许宅基地使用权在城乡居民之间流转是目前的最佳选择。
Due to the poor situation of social security and farmland in rural areas, transfer of the fight to the use of cartilage in the country is listed as an .act forbade ,which conforms little to practical need. Therefore, the transfer of the fight to the use of cartilage between the people in the city and town under certain condition served as the best option in legislation.
