企业的生命周期包括初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期,产品的生命周期包括导入期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期,这几个周期的组合可以产生不同的阶段。分析了当经济不景气时企业在不同阶段面临的形势以及应采取的财务战略。
Both the corporate lifecycle and he product lifecycle includes the start-up period, growing-up period, maturation period and decline period. The combination of these periods can generate different stages for corporate. This paper analyzes the situations faced by the corporate in different periods when economy is recessionary, and advances some corresponding financial strategies that the corporate should adopt.
