从劳动合同的订立、对试用期期限和条件的规定、对用人单位解除劳动合同的限制等方面探讨了《劳动合同法》与旧《劳动法》相比所具有的进步。
This paper probes into the progress of the Labor Contract Law compared with the former Labor Law from the aspects of the execution of the labor contract, the regulation of time limit and condition of probation period, and the restrictions of dissolving a labor contract by employing unit, etc.
