电子罗盘在非开挖地下管线三维探测中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 提出一种非开挖地下管线探测的新方法,即利用高精度的电子罗盘测得地下管线的等距离离散点的空间方位角度信息,通过曲线重建算法重建出地下管线的空间位置形状.电子罗盘是由三轴磁阻传感器、两轴倾角传感器和MCU构成,为了提高电子罗盘的测量精度,必须对其进行环境干扰补偿和罗盘处于非水平状态时的倾斜补偿.该文详细阐述了环境磁场干扰补偿原理和倾斜补偿原理,对系统的误差分别进行了理论分析计算和试验验证,并给出了试验数据和结论. For underground pipeline trenchless detection, a new method is proposed that employs EZ- COMPASS-3 to detect the anglular information of discrete points on the pipeline, and reconstruct the spatial trajectory of the pipeline with a newly developed reconstruction algorithm. EZ-COMPASS-3 is a kind of electronic compass, consisting of a 3-dimensional magnetometer and two tilt compensated sensors. Hard iron compensation and tilt compensation should be included to enhance measure accuracy. The corresponding compensation theory is described. Theoretical analysis and testing of the errors show effectiveness of the proposed method.
