摘要
针对科研项目经费在预算执行、经费使用中存在的问题,提出单位应从预算、核算、规章制度等多方面加强科研项目管理,监督、规范科技经费使用,提高资金使用效益。
In accordance with the existing problems in the budget implementation and expenses using of scientific projects, it was proposed in this paper that institutions should enhance management, supervision and regulation of scientific projects from various areas including budget, accounting calculation, relevant rules and regulations to promote the efficiency of the fund.
