摘要
三峡左岸电站共安装14台单机容量为700 MW的水轮发电机组,发电机均采用半水冷冷却方式,定子绕组为水内冷,转子绕组为风冷。由于纯水与所有线棒均直接接触,腐蚀的问题不可避免。像三峡这样超大容量的水内冷水轮发电机,国内尚无成熟的经验借鉴。三峡电厂的运行维护人员通过学习和摸索,并经过技术改造,对于线棒的腐蚀采取了一些控制手段,取得了良好的效果。
Fourteen hydroelectric generating sets each with 700MW are installed in Three Gorges Left Bank Power Station.The cooling mode of all generators is half water-cooled,that is,the stator winding is water cooled and the rotor winding is air cooled.Because the stator bars contact with water,the corrosion cannot be avoided.By means of exploration and technical reformation,some measures are taken to control the sta- tor bar corrosion and achieve good results.
