摘要 在UG环境下,构造液压缸零件的二维草图,对草图的点、线施加几何约束(如平行、垂直、同心、相等、共线等)和尺寸约束,通过旋转、拉伸等操作形成三维模型。用GRIP的REGF语句提取模型的参数,对参数重新赋值,再通过STORE语句将参数反馈到三维模型,实现液压缸参数化设计。 2-Dimension drawings of hydraulic cylinder parts were structured based on UG. 3-Dimension model was formed as the points and the lines of the drawings were forced with geometric restriction such as parallel, vertical,concentric, equal, colinear etc. and dimension restriction through rotating and stretching. Model parameters were taken using GRIP REGF sentence and new values were given to the parameters. And the parameters were fed back to 3-Dimension model using STORE sentence. Hence the parametrization design of hydraulic cylinder was realized.
