摘要
分析产生潜油电机定子压装工艺过程中存在的定子冲片间压力不均问题及定子铁芯预压后每节定子冲片长度严重超差的原因,提出了新的定子叠装预压工艺方法。用方差分析方法和自行研制的单节定子冲片预压机进行定子冲片叠装预压试验,给出定子预压压力值及实验验证。实验结果表明,潜油电机定子铁芯预压可以采用单节定子硅钢片定压力叠压,铜片采用定量叠压方法,同系列电机定子铁芯预压应采用不同定子压力值。
It was analysed that the problem of pressure imbalance among stator teeth and the reason of length difference among them in each section of stator after the preloading of iron core of it in the process of electric motor stator assembly. A new kind of stator assembly technique was developed. The pressure value of stator preloading and experimental verification were got through the analysis of variance and implementing overlapping tests of stator teeth preloading by a self- designed preloading machine for teeth of the single section stator. The result indicates that the feasibility of using fixed preloading value for silicon steel slices in each single section of stator in the process of iron core preloading for the electric motor, fixed amount of overlapped preloading method for copper slices, and using different stator pressure value in the process of iron core preloading for the motor stator of same series.
