In the windows environment, the object-oriented programming method has been used to realize examination-questions database management and test paper （and answer） documents output based on Microsoft Word with Visual Basic and Access database. The systematic principle and functional structure have been set forth, and rome key technologies and their implementation in the process of developing have been described.
