摘要 针对离散制造企业数据采集手段落后,生产线实时监控能力弱的问题,研究和实现了基于RFID技术的生产线可视化监控系统.给出了生产线可视化和生产过程控制的技术实现方法,通过实际应用表明,该方法提高了企业的生产效率和产品质量,取得了较为明显的经济效益. In order to solve the weakness of production line in supervision because of lag of data acquisition measurement in the discrete manufacturing, this paper researches and realizes a visual able way of production line supervision based on RFID technology. The implementation of production line visualization and production process control is presented, both of which are applied into the motorcycle production line. The production efficiency and product quality are promoted and the noticeable economy benefit is obtained.
