摘要
伴随着我国物流产业的快速发展,物流需求日益增多,市场竞争越来越尖锐复杂。由于物流业是一个涉及环节多、牵扯范围广、业务分散的服务领域,物流企业所提供的服务对象和范围都有其局限性,难以满足数量庞大、跨行业、跨地区、随时发生的物流需求。如何在激烈的市场竞争之中,快速、高质量的满足客户的个性化需求,这是关系到物流企业能否生存发展的核心问题。以强化企业的敏捷性和核心竞争能力的虚拟物流联盟是解决这一问题的有效的组织方式。文中首先分析了虚拟物流联盟的含义及其实质;其次阐述了虚拟物流联盟的作用;最后详细论述了构建虚拟物流联盟的对策。
Along with the development of the Chinese logistics industry, the need of the logistics increase and market competition becomes more acute and complex. Because the logistics industry is involved in many teaches and a wide range of business services scattered areas, which provided by the object and scope of services has its limitations, it is difficult to meet the huge number of, cross-sectoral and trans-regional demand on the logistics. How to meet customer demand in the fierce market competition rapidly is related to the survival of logistics enterprises in the development. The virtual logistics Union which can enhance the agility of enterprises and the core competitiveness solves this problem. This paper firstly analyses real meaning of the virtual logistics Union, then its function, lastly its countermeasure.
