共同配送是解决物流合理化的重要手段。随着企业内外部条件和市场环境的日趋完善,中小连锁企业通过开展共同配送实现资源共享,可以提高配送效率和服务水平,降低物流成本,增强自身的竞争力。
Joint distribution is an important means to resolve the rationalization of logistics. With the maturing of business conditions and market environments, small/medium-sized chain enterprises can share resources by joint distribution. Additionally, It can improve distribution efficiency and service levels, reduce logistics costs, and enhance their own competitiveness.
