超速行驶法律问题浅议

Approach To the Problem of Law In Speeding

道路交通活动中超速行驶是一种严重违反《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的违法、违章的行为,但是人们对它的概念存在歧义。文中从法律的本意上分析了超速行驶应当具备的条件,交通管理部门对于限速标志设立应当科学,应当保护驾驶人享受到限速标志的最高时速的权利。

Speeding on road traffic is a serious violation of ＂ the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People＇s Republic of China ＂, but some people hold different views to its concept. From the angle of law, this article analyzes the conditions which speeding is supposed to have. The setting of the speed limit signs by the traffic administrative departments should be scientific and the traffic administrative departments should protect the right of drivers＇ enjoying the maximum speed of speed limit signs.
