技术创新是增强企业竞争力的决定性因素,是知识经济时代企业持续成长的必然要求,但在技术创新过程中也存在很多风险障碍因素。文中分析技术创新的风险障碍因素,提出企业技术创新规范化的对策建议。

The technology innovation is the decisive factor in strengthening enterprises＇ competition and the inevitably request to meet enterprises＇ sustainable growth in the era of knowledge and economics in spite of multiple of risky barrier factors existing in the process of technology innovation. This essay analyses the risk harrier factors of technology innovation, and proposals in the aspect of standardization of enterprises＇ technology innovation.
