2008年1—2月国内安全生产事故统计分析

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from January to February in 2008

统计了2008年1—2月国内发生的各种安全生产事故273起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在这些事故中,交通事故最多,占55.31%,其次是其他事故(19.05%)、爆炸事故(8.79%)、矿业事故(7.33%)、火灾(6.96%)、毒物泄露和中毒(2.56%)。273起事故共死亡1048人,伤996人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故63.26%、矿业事故9.54%、其他事故9.06%、火灾8.49%、爆炸事故7.54%、泄露中毒2.10%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故75.80%、爆炸事故13.45%、其他事故3.11%、泄露中毒3.11%、火灾2.61%、矿业事故1.91%。

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from January to February in 2008. There are 273 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories： mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 273 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 7.33%, 55.31%, 8.79%, 2.56%, 6.96%, and 19.05% respectively. The total casualty is 1 048 and the percentages for the six categories are 9.54 %, 63.26 % , 7.54% , 2.10% , 8.49% , and 9.06% respectively. The number of the wounded is 996 and the percentages for the six categories are 1.91%, 75.80%, 13.45%, 3.11%, 2.61%, and 3.11% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and cities with the highest accident number are： Guangdong （25 accidents）, Yunnan （ 25 ）. Sichuan （ 22 ）, Guangxi Zhuang Au- tonomous Region （ 20 ）, and Zhejiang （ 20 ） . The top five provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are： Guizhou（ 109 dead）, Guangdong（93）, Yunnan（88）, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region （70）, and Sichuan（64）. And the top five provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are： Hunan（125 wounded）, Yunnan （93）, Sichuan（79）, Guizhou（75）, and Anhui（75）.
