摘要
根据和谐用水原则和水价设计模型,通过利用农业用水、工业用水和生活用水方面的模型和计算,对黑河中游地区成本水价和可承受水价进行了计算和分析。
In this article, according to the principle of rational water using and the modd of water price designing, and by utilizing the model and calculation of agricultural water, industrial water and using water, the cost water price and bearable water price of the middle field of Heihe River are calculated and analyzed.
