新型抽油机用盘式永磁电机的磁场与力特性 被引量:11

摘要 为了提高传统游梁式抽油机的效率并简化系统结构,提出了用盘式永磁电机直接替代原系统的三相感应电机及减速机构,新系统采用背靠背双盘式永磁电机直接驱动连杆.考虑盘式永磁电机磁场分布的特点,采用三维有限元方法分析了该电机一对极下气隙中的磁通密度,计算了空载电动势、转矩与轴向吸力,其中电机转矩和空载电动势与样机实验值相吻合,证明了三维有限元分析的结果比传统设计方法更准确.研究表明,盘式永磁电机驱动的新型抽油机结构简单,效率高,并能够在低速时提供大转矩,有利于抽油机的起动. A disc-type permanent magnet motor was proposed to directly replace the existing induction motor and deceleration mechanism without modifying the others in order to improve the efficiency of traditional beam pumping unit and simplify its structure. The new system adopted two back-to-back disc-type permanent magnet motors to drive the connecting rod directly. Considering the distribution characteristic of the magnet field in the disc-type permanent magnet motor, the air-gap magnetic flux density of one pole pair was analyzed based on 3D finite element method (FEM), then no-load electromotive force (EMF), torque and axial attractive force were obtained. Since the torque and no-load EMF were coincidence with the prototype experimental results, the 3D FEM results were proved much exacter than that of the traditional analytical method. The novel pumping units driven by disc-type permanent magnet motor has simple structure, high efficiency and high torque at low speed which is benefit to starting.
