摘要
领导干部能否开展好工作,很重要的一个方面是看他影响力的大小。影响力有强制和非强制之分,前者是指他手中的权力,后者则是人们常说的威信。有权力不一定有威信,但如果没有威信就不能充分发挥权力的作用。如何实现权力与威信的统一,是每一个领导干部应当思考的问题。
The force of the influence of leading cadres is crucial for leaders to carry out their work. The kinds of influence force vary from the compulsory and the non - compulsory, in which the former refers to the power leaders owning, and the latter refers to the prestige. Being with power is not necessarily effective to develop leader' s prestige, without prestige, however, it is hard to haunch their power. How to combine thepower with the prestige harmoniously is a problem which deserves leading cadres to think about.
