摘要
对井塔滑模施工中经常出现的模板下口胀模、结构形心偏移、洞口不垂直以及混凝土表面质量差等质量通病产生的原因进行了分析,并对滑模模板及滑模装置进行了改进,指出井塔滑模施工工艺具有施工速度快、节约模板和劳动力、利于安全施工等特点,值得推广使用。
The causes of expanding mould in template lower port, structure centroid migration, structural opening inclination and poor quality of concrete surface were analyzed in well tower slide-model construction, improved the slide-model template and slide-model equipment, and pointed out that well tower slide-model construction technology have the characteristics of fast speed, saving models and labor, helping to safety construction, it is worth using widely.
