摘要
农业电子政务的实质是应用信息理论与信息技术,实现农业部门工作制度与管理的创新,以优化服务、提高效率。本文抽样调查我国部、省、市、县的56个农业部门网站电子政务建设情况,分析我国农业网站电子政务建设可以参考的三种模式,提出标准化建设的建议,以引导我国农业网站电子政务建设的持续发展。
The essence of agricultural E-government is to apply information theory and technology to innovate system and management in agricultural department foi＂ optimizing service and increasing efficiency. By sampling 56 networks of E-government from state to county, this article analyzed three kinds of mode for reference in China and prolSosed the suggestions on standardization construction to increase the continuous development of agricultural E-government.
