摘要 铲斗平移性及自动放平性是装载机的两个重要特性,而这两个特性取决于转斗油缸与前车架的铰接点位置。通过工作机构动作过程的分解,进行了该铰接点位置的计算机辅助分析,得出了能够同时满足平移性与放平性要求的铰接点的合理范围,可为新型装载机的研究开发提供参考。 Two features that the bucket can be in motion of translation and be put in a horizontal plane are important ones for loader. However, these features depend on the position of pin- connected joint of bucket-turning cylinder on the frame of the loader. Based on the analysis of motion for the working mechanism, and computer aided analysis of the position of pin-connected joint, the reasonable scope for the position of pin-connected joint is reached which satisfied those two important features. The result can be reference for research and development on new loaders.
