摘要
轻质油品储运过程存在着严重的蒸发损耗。在该领域研究中,迫切需要简单、便宜的油气质量浓度分析方法。研究了单体烃及油气色谱分析条件,建立了一套简单、便宜、准确的油气质量浓度分析方法,研究了单体烃或油气-空气混合气中油气质量浓度与色谱峰面积的关系、单体烃之间及其与油气之间的换算关系,并推导或回归出了相应的计算式。油气质量浓度的标定,可用油气总烃的标准谱图来换算,也可参照某单体烃标准谱图来换算。实验获得的基础数据及标定方法可供相关研究及管理部门作参考。
In the process of light petroleum products (such as gasoline) loading, unloading, storage, transportation, or distribution, a great deal of mixtures of the petroleum vapor and air are emitting from the tank or tanker. A simple and cheap petroleum vapor mass concentration analysis method is needed. By investigating the conditions of GC analysis to monomer hydrocarbon and petroleum vapor, a simple and exact method was established and some formulae were educed to appraise the relation between monomer hydrocarbon/petroleum vapor concentration and chromatogram peak area. In practical application, petroleum vapor concentration can be calibrated by standard spectrogram of total hydrocarbons or a certain monomer hydrocarbon. The method and test data can provide base references or guides for the relevant fields.
