以预聚物为助稳定剂的细乳液聚合

摘要 细乳液聚合是一种在助稳定剂存在的条件下,以亚微单体液滴(50-500nm)为主要聚合场所的新型乳液聚合。助稳定剂是细乳液聚合中的重要组成部分,介绍了预聚物作为助稳定剂在细乳液聚合中的应用,综述了不同的预聚物及其不同的用量和数均相对分子质量(mn)对细乳液聚合动力学、粒子粒径和体系稳定性的影响。 Miniemulsion polymerization is a new kind of emulsion polymerization that particle nucleation occurs mainly in submicron (50-500 nm) monomer droplets in the presence of costabilizers. Costabilizers are important components in the miniemulsion polymerization. The applications of costabilizers in the miniemulsion polymerization were described. The influences of different kinds of predissolved polymers with various contents (based on monomer) and molecular weights (mn) on the miniemulsion polymerization kinetics, stability of system and particle size were reviewed.
