烤烟品种红花大金元化学成分的变异分析 被引量:21

摘要 以烤烟品种红花大金元为材料,分析了不同等级、不同产地和不同年份间化学成分的含量状况,并与K326,云烟85和云烟87等主栽品种进行了差异比较。结果表明:(1)红花大金元4个不同等级的还原糖含量均较高,部分等级(B2F,C2F)的总植物碱含量和X2F的糖碱比值也较高,各等级的氮碱比值均较低,其余指标则较为适宜;(2)红花大金元除还原糖和氯含量外,其余6项化学成分指标在不同等级间差异显著,除钾氯比外,其余7项指标在不同产地间差异显著,各项指标在不同年份间差异均达到显著水平;(3)红花大金元的还原糖、总氮含量和糖碱比与K326间的差异极显著,其还原糖含量与云烟85间的差异显著,其总植物碱含量、氮碱比和钾氯比与云烟87间的差异也均达到显著水平。 The flue-cured tobacco cultivar Hongda was used as materials to analyze the status of chemical components among different grades,areas and years,and was also compared with other main cultivars including K326,Yunyan 85 and Yunyan 87.The results indicated that:(1) As far as Hongda was concerned,the reducing sugar contents of four different grades were high.Total alkaloid content of B2F as well as C2F and the ratio of total sugar to nicotine of X2F were high also.The ratio of nitrogen to nicotine of all different grades was low.And other indices were suitable.(2) For Hongda,there were six kinds of chemical components showing significant difference among different grades except contents of reducing sugar and chlorine.There were seven kinds of chemical components showing significant difference among different areas except ratio of K2O/Cl;and all chemical components showed significant difference among different years.(3)Hongda showed significant difference at 1% level with K326 in contents of reducing sugar,total nitrogen and ratio of total sugar to nicotine,showed significant difference at 5% level with Yunyan 85 in content of reducing sugar,and also showed significant difference at 5% level with Yunyan 87 in total alkaloid content,ratio of nitrogen to nicotine,and ratio of K2O/Cl.
