摘要
以聚环氧氯丙烷(PECH)为原料,用喹啉(QL)作季铵化试剂,合成了一种新型的聚醚季铵盐(PECH-QL)。考察了反应时间、反应温度和反应物配比对聚环氧氯丙烷接枝率的影响;用红外光谱和元素分析仪对聚醚季铵盐进行了表征。
The synthesis of novel polyether quaternary ammonium salt (PECH-QL) with ether bond in the main chain of polymer and the base group of quaternary ammonium in the side chain of polymer was presented in this paper.The influence of reaction temperature,reaction time and reactive mixture ratio on the grafting ratio of PECH was investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by some experiments as follows:reaction temperature 70~80℃;n(PECH) ∶n(QL)=1∶4;reaction time 7h.The grafting ratio of PECH was 80%.The structure of the PECH-QL was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and element analysis (EA).
