摘要
工程图纸扫描输入及矢量化应用在水利工程设计中，既可缩短出图时间，又能提高设计效率及质量．对提高设计单位的ＣＡＤ出图率具有重要的作用．
The scan-in and vectoritify of engineering drawing is used in hydraulic engineering design, it can not only shorten the time of drawing-out, but also raise the efficiency and quality of design. And it has important effect in raising the rate of CAD drawing-out of designing unit.
