Biological diversity protection is one of necessary measurements which strengthen the achievement of watershed protection for a long time and which develop further to use water and soil and biology resources. In order to develop comprehensively watershed, we must appraise the biological diversity of watershed, and determine the protection target of biological diversity, put up the biological system of much function, race, administrative levels, and protect intactly the ecosystem and race which is almost extinct. So we can protect the biological diversity.
