略论周恩来行政协调思想——纪念周恩来诞辰110周年

On ZHOU En-lai’s Administrative Coordination——For the 110^(th) Anniversary of the Birth of ZHOU En-lai

在长达26年的总理岗位上,周恩来践行了大量行政事务,碰到了许多行政难题,彰显了他过人的行政协调能力,形成了他自己的行政协调思想。本文试着从原则性与灵活性的统一、从求同存异等两个方面分析了周恩来的行政思想。

Being the premier for more than 26 years, ZHOU En-lai experienced much civil service, come up against many administrative problems and revealed his prominent capabilities of administrative coordination. And at last he formed his administrative coordination thoughts. The paper analyzes ZHOU En-lai＇s administrative thoughts from two aspects： the unification of principle and agility, seeking common points while reserving difference.
