摘要
目的建立以顶空气相色谱法测定阿莫西林中有机溶剂残留量的方法。方法色谱柱为HP-5毛细管柱,柱温采取程序升温,检测器温度为250℃,载气为氮气,流速为2mL.min-1,分流比为20:1。结果丙酮、二氯甲烷、三乙胺三种溶媒检测浓度线性范围分别为15~494ppm(r=0.9990)、45~1500ppm(r=0.9992)、18~600ppm(r=0.9992),平均回收率分别为94.7%、97.6%、96.4%,RSD分别为1.45%、1.13%、2.50%。结论本方法简便、结果准确,适用于阿莫西林中有机溶剂残留量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine residual solvent in amoxicillin by Headspace Gas Chromatography. METHODS The determination was performed on HP-5 capillary,the column was subjected to temperature programming,the detector temperature was 250℃ ,the carrier gas was nitrogen gas,the flow rate was 2mL · min^-1 and the split ratio was 20 : 1. RESULTS The linear detective concentration ranges of acetone, dichloromethane and triethylamine were 15 - 494ppm( r = 0. 9990), 45- 1500ppm( r =0. 9992)and 18-600ppm( r =0. 9992) respectively. The average recovery rates were 94.7% ,97.6% and 96. 4% respectively,with RSD was 1.45 %,1. 13%and 2.50% respectively. CONCLUSION The method was simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of residual solvent in amoxicillin.
