摘要
目的应用高效液相色谱法测定注射用顺铂(冻干型)的含量。方法用Hypersil NH2柱,以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-二甲基甲酰胺-水(25:16:5:5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为310nm。结果在0.25～3.0mg.mL-1的范围内,进样浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.52%,n>9。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of Cisplatin for Injection （freeze-dried） · METHODS A Hypersil column was used with the mobile phase of ethyl acetate-methanol-dimethylformamide-water（25 ： 16 ： 5 ： 5）. The detection wavelength was 310nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 25 - 3.0mg · mL^-1 （ r = 0. 9999） . The average recovery was 100.20/60 （ RSD = 0.52%） CONCLUSION This method was simple,sensitive and accurate.
