口服降糖片质量标准研究

Study on qualitity standard for Koufu Jiangtang Tablets

目的制定口服降糖片质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别了黄连、枸杞子、黄芪;用高效液相色谱法测定了丹皮酚的含量。结果平均加样回收率98.09%,丹皮酚在0.05～1μg范围内呈线性关系。结论方法稳定、可靠,可作为该药的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Koufu jingtang Tablets. METHODS Rhzoma Coptidis,Fructus Lycii and Radix Astragali were identified by TLC, and the content of Paeonolum was determinaled by HPLC. RESULTS The average recovery was 98.09%. Paeonolum showed a good linear realationship at the range of 0.05-1μg. CONCLUSION The methods were acurate,realiable,and can be used for quality control of the production.
