摘要
外国列强在华攫取的领事裁判权,对我国清末律师制度的产生和发展起了重要的催化作用,同时使当时的中国律师业呈现出很大的独特性。
The consul jurisdiction which the foreign powers grabbed from China produced an important effect on the production and development of the lawyer system in the late Qing Dynasty, and made the lawyer business have unique characteristics at that time in China.
