摘要
来那度胺为沙立度胺的衍生物,为新一代免疫调节剂,其疗效较好且不良反应较少。本文阐明了来那度胺的药理作用及临床应用,其中主要评价了本品对骨髓瘤、白血病、转移性肾癌、骨髓异常增殖综合征、实体瘤、原发性全身性淀粉样变性、伴骨髓化生的全身性骨髓纤维化疾病的疗效,并简要介绍了其主要不良反应。
Lenalidomide is a new immunomodulatory drug. It is thalidomide derivatives. Through relatively minor structural modifications,the potency of the medication is improved compared with the parent compound,and the side-effect profile has changed considerably. This report will review the pharmacology character and clinical use as will as adverse events of the drug.
