高校安全文化构建是目前安全科学领域提出的一项关于校园安全教学、科研保障、关爱师生生命的新对策,是安全系统工程和现代安全管理的一种新思想、新策略,也是校园事故预防的重要基础工程。本文简要地分析了高校安全文化构建的紧迫性、必要性和重要性,在此基础上对高校安全文化构建的指导思想、目标、内容设计以及主要措施进行了一些肤浅的探讨,以期促进高校安全工作顺利、有效地开展。
