保温毯对手术患者体温的影响观察

The influence of thermal insulation blanket body temperature of patients during operation

目的观察使用保温毯对手术患者体温的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用保温毯,对照组为室温下,观察两组体温变化。结果两组手术患者的体温分别在手术开始后20 m in、40 m in、60 m in、手术完毕体温差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论保温毯能有效地保持手术患者恒定的体温,能有效地降低围手术期低体温发生,减少手术并发症,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To observe the influence of thermal insulation blanket on body temperature who were undertaken operation by using. Methods 60 patients were divided into observation group and the control group. The observation group used thermal insulation blanket ,the control group didnt perform intervention. The preoperative and postoperative temperatures and temperatures during the poeration were observed. Results The temperature of two group were found significant difference in 20rain ,40min ,60min after the operation began and at the end of the operation （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The thermal insulation blanket could keep the body temperature of patient who under- taken operation effectivly. Using the thermal insulation blanket could reduce the incidence of perioperative hypothermia the operation complications.
