仲裁员准入制度刍议

A Rustic Opinion on Admittance System of Arbitrator

仲裁员是仲裁活动的主体,是仲裁制度的核心,仲裁员准入制度更是仲裁公正的前提和基础。本文通过对中外仲裁员准入制度以及相关法律职业准入制度的比较分析,研究我国仲裁员准入制度存在的问题。在借鉴的基础上提出了对我国仲裁员准入制度建构与完善的几点构想。

Arbitrator is the main body of arbitral activity and the core of arbitral system. The admittance system of arbitrator is still the precondition and base of arbitral equity. Through the comparatively analysis on admittance system of arbitrator and related law occupation between China and foreign countries, this paper mainly studies the existing problems of the admittance system of our arbitrator. On the basis of use for reference, this paper also brings forward some conceptions on the construction and perfect for the admittance system of our arbitrator.
