新建本科院校教育策划的SWOT分析法及对策研究

On SWOT Analysis and the Countermeasures of Educational Planning at Newly Built Colleges

近年来,随着新建本科院校的不断增多,高等教育市场得到了迅速的发展。伴随高校办学自主权的扩大,大学成为了办学利益的直接主体,同时其所承担的社会责任也不断增大。尤其是针对新建本科院校而言,如何利用SWOT分析法来实施大学教育策划,是当前面临的一个重要课题。本文从新建本科院校面临的主要任务入手,采用SWOT分析法对新建本科院校存在的优劣势进行了分析,并提出了解决问题的对策。

Recently, there are more and more newly built colleges and the higher education market develops fast. With the enlarging of the education management rights, colleges become the direct body of education management benefit and they bear more social responsibility. It becomes an important research subject for colleges, especially newly built colleges, how to use SWOT analysis to carry out college education planning. This article, beginning from the main tasks which newly built colleges are confronting with, analyzes the positive and negative situations newly built colleges are facing on the basis of SWOT analysis and puts forward some corresponding measures.
