摘要
采用Kanbur的职位选择和收入分配模型,探讨了非公有制经济中创业激励、工资率、风险厌恶、劳动力素质对城乡人均国民收入的影响。结果表明:对非公有经济不发达的地区,工资率低于劳动力的边际产品价值、社会风险态度中立和劳动力素质提高,能激励城乡劳动力自主创业,促进城乡统筹发展。
Kanbur Job Selection and Income Distribution Model is used to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship incentives, wage rate, risk aversion and labor quality on urban-rural per capita income of Chinese. The results show that wage rate is lower than marginal product value of labor force in less developed areas of private economy and that the neutrality of social risk attitude and promotion of labor quality can encourage self-entrepreneurship of urban-rural labor to push forward overall urban-rural development.
