在重庆统筹城乡发展中,需要进一步做大做强非公有制经济,推动其进一步发挥"以工促农、以城带乡"、提供农民工的就业和社会保障、缩小城乡居民收入差距等方面的作用,在政策引导、宽松发展环境、鼓励创新等方面强化非公有制经济服务城乡统筹发展的能力和水平。

In the process of Chongqing overall urban-rural development, private economy needs to be further expanded and enhanced in order to play its role in solving the problems such as peasant-worker employment and social insurance, and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents by industrialization and urbanization. The ability and level of overall urban-rural development should be consolidated in policies and governmental services of innovation incentives for the private economy.
