Survey on employment training for the land-lost peasants in the process of overall urban-rural development of Chongqing

统筹城乡发展不可避免的问题是农民失去土地,城乡统筹改革就是要让农民变为市民,这其中很重要的就是要解决这些失地农民的就业问题,而解决失地农民的就业问题,必须对他们进行就业培训。对失地农民的就业培训要以满足市场需求为导向、以解决就业为宗旨,要注重培训内容的区分和质量的保证,也要采用科学合理、灵活多样的培训方式。

The unavoidable problem in the process of overall urban-rural development of Chongqing is that the peasants lose their land, and the reform of overall urban-rural development aims to change peasants to urban residents, in which, the most important issue is to solve the employment problem of the land-lost peasants. If the land-lost peasants are not employed and have instable income, it is useless to say that the peasants are changed into urban residents. The employment training for the land-lost peasants should be market-oriented and aim to solve employment problem by the scientific, reasonable and flexible training methods of diversifying training contents and guaranteed quality.
