华支睾吸虫病患者血清LPS水平与肝功能关系的研究

Study on the relation of serum LPS and liver function in patients with clonorchiasis

目的探讨华支睾吸虫病患者血清中的细菌脂多糖(LPS)水平与肝功能之间的关系。方法采用鲎三肽基质染色定量法检测患者血清中LPS,病人按Child-pugh分级标准分数,并作相关性分析。结果华支睾吸虫病患者血清LPS为(0.18±0.08)Eu/ml,健康对照组为(0.07±0.03)Eu/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。按Child-pugh分级,随病人肝功能受累加重,血清LPS含量依次递增(P<0.01),且LPS与总胆红素(TBL)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)呈正相关,与ALB呈负相关。结论华支睾吸虫病患者血清LPS升高,且与肝损伤呈正相关性。血清LPS水平可作为了解肝损伤的程度、病情判断与预后的重要指标。

Objective To study the relation of serum lipopolysaccharides（LPS） and liver function in patients with clonorchiasis.Methods The changes of serum LPS were determined by LAL.The correlation analysis was done according to Child-pugh score classification.Results The serum LPS of the patients with clonorchiasis was（0.18±0.08） Eu/ml,the health control group was（0.07±0.03） Eu/ml.The difference was statistically significance（P〈0.01）.Serum levels of LPS increased gradually in pace with the degree of liver damage according to Child-pough score classification.The serum LPS positively correlated with TBL and ALT,negatively correlated with ALB.Conclusion LPS of patients with clonorchiasis were higher significantly and positively correlated with the degree of liver damage.The variety of serum LPS can be regarged as important index in the degree of liver damage and judgement,prognosis of state of an illness.
