晚期血吸虫病患者生活质量与心理状态的相关性研究

Study of the psychological status and living quality in patients with advanced schistosomiasis

对60例晚期血吸虫病(下称晚血)病人进行了生活质量及心理状况调查,并与60例慢性血吸虫病(下称慢血)患者心身疾病进行对照研究。结果晚血病人对生活缺乏信心,觉得生活无意义的占81.67%,慢血组的占23.33%;晚血病人在思想情绪方面感到心情压抑、沮丧、焦虑、恐惧等占58.33%,慢血占20.00%;晚血病人在行为中表现自暴自弃、自责与家人关系不和谐等占70.00%,慢血占13.33%。

Psychological status and living quality of 60 patients with advanced schistosomiasis and 60 patients with chronic schistosomiasis were investigated and compared.81.67% of the patients with advanced schistosomiasis lack of confidence and living nonsense,the percent of chronic schistosomiasis patients was 23.33%.58.33% of the advanced schistosomiasis patients feel suppress,depressed,anxious and fear,meanwhile,only 20% of chronic schistosomiasis patients experienced the same emotions.
