摘要
路径依赖是新制度经济学提出的关于制度变迁解释的理论,指人类社会中的技术演进或制度变迁均有类似于物理学中的惯性,即一旦进入某一路径就可能对这种路径产生依赖。用路径依赖的基本理论研究分析承包制在中国改革的历程中从农业领域扩散到工业领域和财政管理体系过程,认为制度在不同领域的扩散也是路径依赖的一种形式,提出制度在不同领域的移植并不一定成功。
Path-dependence is a theory of explaining the institutional change in neo-institution economics. There is some kind of inertia during the technology evolvement or institution change in our human society, which is similar to the term of inertia in physics. It means that path dependence forms possibly after choosing a path. According to the basic path-dependence theory, this article analyzed the process in which the contract system has developed from agriculture field to industry field and financial management system in China＇s reforming course. It is considered that the system pervasion in different fields is also a form of path-dependence and the system transplant is not always successful.
