社会主义和谐社会是全体人民各尽所能、各得其所而又和谐相处的社会。社会和谐本质上是一种制度和谐,制度具有了"和谐性"特质才能科学、公正地规范、调控各种社会关系。在经济社会转型期,制度间的失衡与悖论对社会关系的有序与和谐形成了制度性障碍。基于理性价值与现代技术双重支点的制度创设与制度和谐是和谐社会构建的本源与基础。
Socialist harmonious society is a society that all people do their best, have their proper places and are in harmony with one another. Society harmony is in essence the harmony of the system. Only a harmonious system can regulate and standardize various human relations scientifically and fairly. In the transition period of the economic society, the system imbalance and contradiction has formed the system obstacle to the order and harmony of human relations in the society. System innovation and harmony based on rational values and modern technologies is the origin of and basis for the building of a harmonious society.
